Ingredients: Refined oil from Buglossoides (Ahiflower®), DHA and EPA-rich oil from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp., sunflower oil, blackcurrant seed oil, natural flavor, vitamin D

Recommended intake:

Consume one teaspoon (5 ml) daily, pregnant and breastfeeding women half a teaspoon (2.5 ml). Store the opened bottle in the refrigerator and use within 30 days. The stated recommended daily consumption amount must not be exceeded. Keep out of the reach of children. Does not serve as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.
